There was a virus. A disease.
It swept through the skeld, carelessly infecting its victims.

Player and Veteran have been a couple for a few months now. Everything seems to be going just fine until one day, Veteran starts acting a bit off...
Then, MrCheese and Gentleman. Then, even MrEgg, the kind lad.
"Kill yourself, Player," they whispered, "No one loves you."
Again and again, they whispered this to the poor red bean.

Captain loves Player, and he was hesitant to admit it.
Ever since Veteran and Player became a couple, he was devasted. His dreams of becoming Player's lover was shattered. He was heartbroken.
Then, one night, he hears Veteran shout, "We're over, Player!"
Maybe just maybe, he has a chance?

Then, one day, they were corrupted so badly that they... They left us to die on Polus, with no communication to Earth whatsoever.
We were stranded, just the two of us.
