Three months ago, Cassidy Rhodes hit her breaking point. After a childhood of tragedy and turmoil, raising herself and her little brother, Cassie fell into the depths of depression and made a decision that would change her life forever. After spending the last three months in a children's psych ward, Cassie expects to go back to the dingy apartment she's lived in all her life with her Mom and little brother. 

But what she doesn't expect is for a strange man, who claims to be her long-lost brother, to be the one to bring her to an unfamiliar home with not  one, but seven strangers who claim to be her unknown family, she's never met in 12 years of being on her own. Cassie has always thought her future would be nothing a but premedicted teenage-tragedy. An inevitability. But with new, unforeseen changes rattling her self admittedly meritless life, the future has never seemed less set in stone for Cassie Rhodes.
