In the future year of 3523, robots have taken over towns and people themselves. Evil robot overlords plan to corrupt the humans and plant wired tracking devices onto them, turning them into purchase-able products for other robots. A rebelling team known as "Arsenal" was formed to stop and save these humans. Follow the MC Markus (Code Name Delinquent) as he and his small team of Arsenal try to save the humans in the biggest city of 3523, Neodent City.

He decides to assign BlueBand, a type II ambulance being trained under the stern guidance of Ratchet. Just as the new Bot is beginning to get used to Griffin Rock, Dr. Morocco sets off a gas bomb in an encounter. All seems fine until the Rescue Bots are unable to transform out of their holoform into their bot form, and it's up to BlueBand to figure out a way to undo it.
