Out of Bounds

Eliza De Leon and Cole Sterling have two things in common: their love for being on the ice and Asher De Leon- her older brother and his best friend.

For years they remained just outside of each other's orbit. Cole's reputation on and off the ice has him surrounded by the top two things on his priority list for his college career- girls and winning. Eliza, on the other hand, is perfectly content with cheering her brother on from the sidelines and spending her time with her small circle of friends. The sporadic encounters that they have were just enough so that they build a tenuous acquaintanceship, and for a while it seemed like acquaintances were all they'd ever be. However, a series of coffees, conversations, and coincidences changes their dynamic to something they never would've expected.

As Cole navigates through the emotions that he's kept locked away when he starts to see his best friend's little sister in a new light, he must find a way to come to terms with the fact that these feelings aren't something that he can block, no matter how good of a goalie he is.

The attention she receives from Cole forces Eliza to push past her comfort zones. Her journey of self-discovery and realization is thrust forward into an unfamiliar world of lust, desire, secrets, and maybe even love. Along the way she reclaims the love for the sport she gave up and the confidence she had lost.

Will Eliza and Cole be able to skate through this whirlwind of emotions or will they both be swept away and thrown out of bounds?
