This story takes place with the events of season 4 episode 3 (gang of Secrets) in mind. Consider this a spoiler warning, as I update and write chapters I will look back to the show to stay semi-accurate but this is what I think will happen after Marinette tells Alya her biggest secret.
Marinette has never felt worse, it's a surprise she hasn't been akumatized yet. When her friends almost found the miracle box the only thing she could do was yell and kick them out of her room. Mari didn't want to upset her friends but it was the only way to keep her secret as Ladybug and the guardian of the miracle box.

Adrien didn't believe her fake facade and looked past her plastic smile, so he decided to visit her one evening after his patrol as Chat Noir with Ladybug. This isn't your normal watching Miraculous Ladybug Book Marinette's life has fallen apart, she is now the Chinese Zodiac Miracle box Guardian, the Miraculous cure has stopped healing her, Chat Noir no longer loves her, Lila has taken all her friends, her allies identities have been exposed, Fu has died, she is getting sick for some reason, and now Lila is framing her for being Mayura, Hawkmoth's assistant. To make it worse an Akuma calling herself Show Mistress has zapped Marinette and Lila back into the past, trapping them in a time loop. Unknowingly all of Paris is watching the two and true colors are being revealed along with secret identities. Marinette must be the most unluckiest Ladybug because now an old enemy of the Miraculous Order that was trapped in time is taking the chance at freedom and revenge. With the stolen Butterfly Miraculous all he has to do is get his hands on the Miracle Box and Marinette. Now Marinette is running through the past trying to hide from the Enemy and is fighting for her life as she meets new dangers and monsters that have been freed. Can Marinette survive being trapped in time with Lila? Does she know that her life has been turned into a TV show that all of Paris is watching? Miraculous: The Second Agreste Who Became A Hero
Marinette's life was getting bad ever since Lila promise to her in which she told lies about what Marinette did but didn't do in which all of her friends except for Chloe, Nino, Alix, Kagami Juleka, Zoe and Luka turned against her and bullied her and not even Adrien who was her crush but got rejected by him and told her to take the high road saying that Lila's lies weren't hurting anyone but they were in which they were hurting her badly. Marinette's ex friends started to bully her and hurt her while Adrien didn't do anything to stop Lila from ruining her life in which the love for Adrien died out because Marinette sees for what he truly is and that is a spineless coward who doesn't do anything but take the liar's side instead. But everything was going to change when someone new arrived who shares some similarities to the Agreste and he will not be like the others who fall for the liar but instead will help Marinette with her problems as well as finding a new love interest because the new guy is very compassionate and kind as well as smart.

He threw open the door, his eyes shut tightly. He lowered himself to the floor in front of her, settling down on his knees and extending his arms outwards. He kept his eyes shut and listened for any movement from her. - "You're not alone through this."
