"I disagree." Elijah said defensively, getting up and staring at Zoya "You are still in touch with the errand boy." Pointing toward Zoya's phone "You mention your plans of marrying him next year."
As she forms the sentence in her mind, she confidently declares, "Niklaus and I have decided to enter into a polygamous relationship." Hayley and Freya are taken aback and choke on their drinks. Niklaus sets down his cutlery with a clink, and complete silence falls over the room as everyone's eyes widen in shock.
Elijah starts to feel the pressure and his patience was running thin. He can't believe he underestimated the extent to which that lady could get under his skin. He tries to excuse himself, but Zoya interrupts, "No."
The elder Mikaelson sibling regards her with a look of astonishment as she utters the words, "No, without question!"
"Pardon me," he retorts, his gaze narrowing to a degree that suggests he could peer into the furthest reaches of the cosmos.
"No, it is not possible for you to join us," Maximus erupts into fits of laughter, doubling over and clutching his chest. His guffawing draws Zoya's attention briefly.
Hayley gazes at Elijah before turning to Zoya. Zoya huffs, "I am modest, but not that far. Niklaus and I have decided that no one from the same bloodline will join any of us." Hayley couldn't control herself, snickering. Even Freya looks at his brothers with wide eyes. "You already once attack my Finn," she spoke, having her hand on his chest, "with handcuffs. Who knows what you think of-"
"Shut Up" Elijah's firm reply came. Shutting the table and laughing quietly. The scene was quite dramatic to see Elijah Mikaelson still not killing her right away.
