Touya Todoroki ran away from home at a young age. As he wandered the city alone, he didn't know what to do with himself. After almost being killed, he's saved by a woman named Inko Midoriya, and she allows him to stay with her.

Also- quick, uh, quick thing you should know... this is extremely non-canonical. If there are any things that don't line up with Canon, that's why. And, if Touya acts different than his normal personality, that's because I actually don't read the Manga. I just know the 290 twist because I've been spoiled. Ok bye!
