The world is unjust, no matter how much the big shots on Tv say it's not. No matter how much they vouch for this not to be true. Midoriya knew this. And he hatted himself for it. He never wanted to harm people. He just wanted to help them. But to do that he'd step out of line. Fall out of his place.
