But New York is a long time from now, so until then Alessandra acts like a normal. And when her Professor assigns her a project on what is "normal" she doesn't know where to start.
But when her distant cousin Magnus comes to visit from Canada, everythig changes. He's social, fine with the cold weather, and is healthy from sports. As if he was the complete opposite of Alessandra. And Alessandra believes, with his help she can finally know what "normal" feels like.

When the triplets are 15 their mother and step-father are killed leaving the triplets alone and after a DNA test by social services, they get sent to their father and brothers meeting them for the first time.
