Marinette was given her miraculous 4 months before she turned 14, being forced to become a superhero without any proper training or guidance in order to keep her city and her loved ones safe. At the beginning, she tried to reach out to the Justice League for help, but her calls for help were ignored.
Months after she became Ladybug, she was given the responsibility of being the guardian of the miraculous box and lost the only person who could help guide her, Master Fu. Along with her responsibilities of guardianship, Marinette has also had to deal with Lila and her lies. Over the years Marinette has had to deal with her responsibilities as Ladybug/ guardian and the consequences of Lila's lies. Lila has managed to turn the class against her, but, with the exception of a few.
Hawkmoth has become more unpredictable, sending more dangerous akumas over time. While Ladybug and her team have defeated each akuma, Paris has been left with the trauma of every attack.
It has been 3 & 1/2 years since Marinette has become Ladybug. Life seems to be as normal as it can be for the 17 year old until, one day, Hawkmoth releases an attack that the young heroes were not be prepared for. Around the same time, the Justice League receives news of a devastating attack occurring in Paris.
Will the Justice League be able to make amends with the Miraculous Team after ignoring their call for help all those years ago? Will they be able to overcome the challenges and losses that await them and face secrets and untold truths? How will robin react to Ladybug and the rest of her team? Will Marinette finally be able to take on the liar and defeat Hawkmoth? How will some of the Justice League members react once they learn about what has been happening in Paris? Will Marinette be able to go back to being her former self?
