Emery Ashford had a smart mouth. She was known for it. As an outgoing teenager Emery was always hanging out with friends and with a lack of filter she always said what was on her mind. Especially if it had to do with that irritative jock. She hated him with every fiber in her body. She hated his charming nature, his arrogance, his lack of care, and the way he got on her nerves. But the thing she hated most, although she'd never admit it, is that she would stick up for him. Not like he ever needed it. She wanted nothing more than to get away from him. But it's completely impossible. He lived right across the street. Everything about senior year had been going smoothly until, Bang. Jackson Riley had a pretty mouth. Pretty face too. As the school's football captain he's always been the talk. For years he's been entertained by the smartass that is Emery Ashford. She was a pain in his ass, but he knew he'd be bored without her. Mia's backstory as a Foster Kid is her Mom isn't there for her. She is yet to be adopted to a permanent family. She's been through abandonment with her Mom not being there for her and her Dad abandoning her too. Mia wonders if she'll ever have a Happy Family Home again. She is always scared of what will happen to her in her temporary foster family. Her Temporary Foster Family doesn't even care for her. She's sad because she wants a Happy Family, A Family that doesn't leave her like her Mom and her Dad did, She is a Foster Kid so she has to do everything herself as a Foster Kid because her temporary foster Mom ignores her that they forget she exists in the house. She is now in her temporary foster home and Elsalotte ignores her and Mia ends up doing everything herself. Every temporary family she goes to. She gets ignored by her temporary family she was in by her temporary foster Mom. Her temporary mom doesn't care for her and she wishes that she never adopted Mia as she is not her real daughter at all. Mia seems to do everything herself since Elsalotte doesn't wanna do anything not even cook or do the dishes for her. She has OCD so that everything is sterilized and clean and that her hands feel clean to reduce infection and so that she isn't contaminated by bacteria and get sick and such and she finds Love and etcera.
