Mike Myers died and got reincarnated to a world of superpowers called quirks as the twin sister of Izumi Midoria. When they where 4, They both showed signs of having quirks, but no quirks surfaced, they both had what's known as hidden quirks. They both lived almost normal lifes basically quirkless but one day is far than normal.
