Lance gets poisoned with a love potion for keith only it doesn't last. Rather than letting the oh so perfect opportunity go to waste, Lance uses it to his advantage to flirt with Keith. It doesn't have to mean anything, there's no consequences Keith doesn't have to know the potion wore off.
Of course, like always with Lance's plans consequences return to bite him right in the ass... or rather even worse the feels.
