When you grow up with a story about lovers from another life you also think to find your own. For Ranpo was that case when he found on a side of a road a tall brunette that was covered in dirt and decided to take him in, under the roof of the big castle of his family. The brunette's name was Edgar Poe, a young man who could read and write without trouble. And so the story began of the two falling in love even if their ranks in sociality were different. Will their love bloom without any trouble or will in the end the beautiful flower die out, killed by other people.

He often watched them from his window, imagining what it must feel like to be so weightless and free, unbound by the earth.
