A girl named Liliana Costas, a Romanian with Greek roots, emigrated to the U.S, New York with her family in the 60's. The Costas family arrived in America with difficulty, because at that time, their country was Communist and you were not allowed to leave the country. The mother did not settle in the new place and leaves in California, leaving her daughter, Liliana and son, Anton, with their father. Liliana was devastated by her mother's absence and missed her very much. A few years later, she met a young man, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. They formed a band called "Wicked Lester", which would later add other members and be called "Kiss". They needed money, so both he and his colleague got a job or even two. Gene met Liliana while he was working, and the two became inseparable. The girl was delighted and curious about Gene and Paul's band and somehow wanted to help them. To Gene, the girl became dear to him and he admired her a lot. But something intervened between them and endangered their relationship. And besides, their personalities are totally different.
