Kino travels through the countries and forests of the world. Her only companion is a talking motorrad named Hermes. She spends three days in each country, on the principle that this is enough time to learn almost everything that is important about a place, while still leaving time to explore new lands.

As she travels, she experiences the cultures of these countries firsthand. Some are filled with brutality, loneliness, oppression, and tragedy. Others, however, are filled with love and compassion. And that, in a way, gives the world a kind of beauty.

Kidnapped You Because I Knew I Could

25 parts Complete

"Now I'm alone again. From being broken once to being shattered into pieces." These are the words of a person named Jonah who just experienced a break up with his girlfriend. He tries to walk off his broken heart. "I hate people, but I need them. What do I do now?" As if answering him, the universe sends a crate straight down from the sky. It contains a military device of which if the master is killed, the subordinate will follow. This revelation brings out Jonah's true nature to the fullest. "I'd like to shape the world the way I want to. This island should be sufficient enough, though. And what better place to start than kidnapping your ex and leaving a few dead bodies along the way?"
