I looked down to the meadow. The pouring rain made everyone went to the hall for promised shelter. I could faintly make out two figures, in the rain like one of those scenes in rom-cons. I heard someone's beautiful laugh that bewitched me before, that sound was all that I could think about. But now they had someone else in their curse, of course it had to her. Kayla, being like an emo angel from heaven, the one person that would always steal attention. The tears came down from my face, unaware and unheard of from me, yet I still stuck around waiting for my heart to break more. 

Before the nightmare I was in truly gave me validation of my life.
