Brooke is the younger sister of Bloom.  Both of them have been sent to Alfea.  Bloom is excited to finally control and learn her new found powers.  Brooke couldn't care less.  She would rather be alone and away in her own world.  Bloom is a fire fairy while Brooke is a special case.  Ms. Dowling saw that Brooke showed signs of other powers.  It is one in a century, a fairy, having more than one power.  Brooke has no idea for what she is in for.

Brooke also comes into some problems.  Her whole this school year was to avoid people and don't get attached.  She meets bright blue eyed, luscious blonde haired, and rocking body Sky and starts to derail her whole plan.
