Elara is a reserved girl who withdraws into her world of books. In her class she is called an outsider.
After the Narnians took over Telmar, Caspian the 10th became the rightful king. Elara has long been enchanted by these magical creatures, but her parents don't think much of the new world. Her father strictly forbids her to go into the forest because, according to old stories, forest spirits should roam there. Elara doesn't believe it and one day, when a fox lures her into the forest, she discovers a secret camp where centaurs, dwarves and many more gather. She cannot resist and enters secretly, but is soon caught. Suspected of being a spy and ordered to work as a kitchen maid, the young girl finds out that dark things are happening at the camp. Everyone is tense and she in particular is affected by being blamed. But a secret prophecy is suddenly doing the rounds and Elara wonders if perhaps the mysterious fox that keeps appearing and disappearing might have something to do with it. In the meantime, help arrives from four lost legends...
Little does she know yet that the prophecy will change her life completely.

The Pevensie siblings have ruled Narnia for many years. Narnia has entered its Golden Era, filled with peace and prosperity. However, a new threat is emerging. King Hakan of Telmar is threatening war with the Narnians unless some sort of agreement can be reached. In the pursuit of peace, King Edmund has crossed the lands to Telmar. Waiting for him is Yvaine Shula, a lady of King Hakan's court. Ever since she was little, Yvaine was fascinated by Narnia and all of the creatures who lived there. Most of all, she was curious about Aslan and the four sibling monarchs. When Yvaine hears about King Edmund's arrival, she leaps at the chance to ease her curiosity. Despite the tensions growing everywhere, Yvaine finds herself growing closer to the Narnian king. What will it take to save his kingdom? What can she possibly do to help? And most of all, how big of a mess will her complicated emotions make? DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own The Chronicles of Narnia or any of the lands and characters found within. I only take credit for my original characters and this story. WARNING: This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. There will be chapters that deal with death, depression, slight gore, etc. ADDITIONAL NOTE: This story portrays the characters as they appeared in the live action films, although I have tried to incorporate more of their book details as well. This is just to clear up some things, such as Edmund's appearance. I based him off Skandar Keynes' portrayal of him. Completed November 17, 2020 *UNSOLICITED CRITICS MAY BE MUTED* see bio

♕ Ranked #1 Book in Narnia, #1 Book in Aslan, and #2 Book in Edmund ♕ "What?" Elizabeth exclaimed to Aslan. "I cannot possibly be the one the prophecy is talking about! Certainly I am not fit to rule. Why I'm only fourteen-years-old!" "And the innocence of a child allows them to remain pure and leaves no judgment in their eyes. Elizabeth you were born to be a Queen, you just don't know it yet." ∞ ♕ ∞ Before the famous Pevensie siblings were even born, there was another family already in Narnia. The Kirke siblings, two boys, and two girls, eventually discovered the world of Narnia themselves after the youngest sibling fell into the icy wonderland. The White Witch, believing the Kirke siblings to be the ones told in the Prophecy which stated that she would someday be overthrown by two Sons of Adam and two Daughters of Eve, killed the two older Kirke siblings while the younger ones managed to escape. Elizabeth, the youngest of the four, was accidentally left behind in Narnia by her brother Digory II. Now hunted by the Witch, Elizabeth is on the run when Aslan, a lion who is the king and god of Narnia, intercepted the girl. Living in this country for almost 60 years, Aslan taught Elizabeth how to survive and practically raised her as his own, and gave the girl the gift of magic like that of the Witch. Digory Kirke II, now a retired professor living in 1941 England, agrees to house children during the World War II bombings of London. Soon after, four English siblings to be sent to the old country mansion with Digory II where they will be safe. One day, the youngest Pevensie sibling Lucy finds a wardrobe that transports her to Narnia just like the Kirke siblings forty years before her. What will happen when the Pevensies join the magical lion, Aslan, and the long-lost Kirke sibling, Elizabeth, where the unavoidable fight against the evil White Witch, Jadis, lingers in this mystical land? ** Cover by @ZellasDays **
