Michelle's dream is to become a surgeon and just when it seems like nothing can stand in her way, everything does. This is a story full of a girls perseverance, she stands up for what she believes in and doesn't take shit from anyone. With a world trying to constantly tear her down, from dickhead doctors to jealous nurses to idiot interns, Michelle deals with it all. She's alone in the world and stuck in her ways but soon all of that will have to change.

"I found my true calling and honey, it's not saving lives," he winked.
"I always thought I wanted power and in some sense that's correct, but what I really wanted was to hold a life in my hands... be the defining factor of life and death. And well, you made me realize I don't have to be a doctor to be that factor," he smiled wickedly.
His rant sent chills down my spine. This is very real.
