She teams up with them and her friends to find out whatever caused this apocalypse, and uncover some more malicious truths...

I was reincarnated in a Rated-19 horror novel. As the roommate who was horribly mu*dered by the crossdresser who commits a massacre from blackening due to his terrible childhood. Wouldn't the massacre be prevented if the man's lack of affection was resolved?! So I confessed to him. "I-I like you!" "....I'm a girl." Huh? Oh, oops! But, I still like you! The milk has already been spilt. I worked hard to prevent the massacre in the original novel by sticking close to the crossdressing protagonist. Now, all I have to do is reveal that this person was a man....Won't he ever get caught dressing up as a woman?! "Hey, you're a man!" "....N-no. Don't abandon me, Bree." He even burst into tears. Causing the end of the world and being the only one who can save the world wasn't exactly what he had in mind. Phoenix wasn't meant to have magical abilities, and he most definitely shouldn't have been able to make all the money in the world disappear just by thinking about it. To make matters worse, it came with a minor side effect: a disease called Gold fever. In other words, people started to turn into gold. Over the course of a single day, Phoenix becomes the most hated person in the world. As the economy collapses around them, only three of his friends are willing to stay by his side. Their job is to keep Phoenix alive while he tries to make money reappear and find a cure to Gold fever. Which turns out to be more challenging than they thought, as they find out someone is tailing Phoenix with the intention to kill.
