In the midst of a secular war between God and the devil, the latter changed the world and drowned the world in a plague of monster that ravaged on for decades. Conversely, God created Colossals, a breed of demi-gods that can bestow upon powers to inhabitants of earth. These inhabitants that received these powers are called Holders, and the Holders were successful in ridding the world of the monsters dominating the world. Now, these Holders are the heroes and villains of the global society.
