In this alternate origin story of Batman, Bruce Wayne is transferred from a public school to a private school because of personal issues
His school's student Counsellor, Mr Jonathan Kacper, took pity on him and wants to help him
They eventually become very good friends.
One day, Bruce Wayne witness Mr Jonathan murdering someone and calls the police. Mr Jonathan goes to jail. He breaks out and kills Bruce's parents. Many years go by and Bruce wants to kill Mr Jonathan as Batman.
