Raksha Fer has always known that she was special, whether it was her natural 1/2 jet black 1/2 platinum blond hair, her dreams, or her battle skills that tipped her off it didn't matter. Because Raksha Fer WAS special and everyone in 3000 knew that. They knew that some day her life would either save the world or destroy it so they chose the best parents from 3000 and an them back in time to where  Raksha lived- in the year 2014. However before the chosen parents arrived Raksha's mother and father were murdered right after she was born and Raksha was inserted into the foster care program. Drifting through not knowing the fate of her true parents Raksha had an average of 4 different living places per month. Hoping, in the depths of her heart that she would be adopted, and, after years of hoping she just might.
