Then she met an aspiring cardiologist. Their paths crossed unexpectedly, and although his presence initially annoyed Libertia, his persistent and caring nature gradually provided a welcome distraction from her syndrome.

As their interactions blossomed into a budding romance, Libertia found herself torn. She knew that falling in love could put an additional strain on her fragile heart, so she chose to distance herself, pushing him away despite his growing affection for her. But one night, as Libertia struggled to suppress her feelings, her heart suddenly surrendered to its erratic beat, discovering the reason behind his interest in her-a truth that could either shatter her completely or give her the strength to fight for her happiness.
