Hard to do when there are distractions such as evils vying for her attention, powers to contend with, and life or death missions that push her to her limits constantly. When Hiccup's final test in the Kill Ring does not go as planned, he runs away, sure that nothing he can ever say will change Berk's mind. At least he's not alone though, and with his cousins and several dragons by his side, they leave the archipelago.
