Growing up, Kaminari started to become depressed to the point where he ended up taking his own life because of the painful voices that would never leave him be. At the time Shinsou was also dating Kaminari but the Pikachu boy had hid his deep thoughts enough for not even Hitoshi to realise how much pain his boyfriend was going through.

After Denki had taken his life, everything changed. Shinsou changed. The purple haired boy stopped communicating with everyone around him and stayed in his room, unable to forgive himself for never realising how much Kami was suffering. Hitoshi stayed in his room everyday, not eating, not sleeping, only listening to the voice messages of his partner and re-reading over their old text messages.

Hitoshi was ready to give up and finally leave too, but what happens when their past selves of the UA students come to the future and meet their future selves? Will Denki's past self stop Shinsou from taking his life too? Will Shinsou be able to convince Kami to stay with him and not go into the darkness again?
