As he stalked his beloved around Shuichi see kokichi get pushed, punched and thrown around multiple times in a day by Kaito and Rantaro, Shuichi decides to take matters into his own hands to protect his beloved from anything that hurts him or comes in the way of him and his beloved. The purple-haired boy is hesitant at first, mostly because he isn't close with the group at all, but soon decides to attend the sleepover in an attempt to make some friends. As soon as night arrives, Kaede and Rantaro suggest a spooky activity: contacting a ghost.
