In the year 2951, anthropomorphic animals known as furs have taken over. Technology has improved greatly, but isn't necessarily available to everyone. Even if that has improved, there are still many things that haven't. Crime is at an all time high, and no one can really stop it. Why? Because it is beneficial to the elites and their goals. But that isn't what this story is about.

We're here to talk about the last surviving human. A man by the name of Edward Quinn, or better known as Soulsplitter. He is a bounty hunter, and a damn good one at that. Sure, he isn't the best in the Guild, but his skills certainly aren't anything to scoff at.

Now, let's ask the question; what would happen when he gets a target put on his back?

Well, let's find that out.

Context: In this world there aren't "cities" per se. instead there are large territories. Inside of territories are areas, some with names and some without. Finally, inside of areas are regions, which are usually size of a small city.
