In this world, 85% of the population of the earth has what is called a quirk. There are 4 types of quirk: Emitter, Transformation, Mutant, and Stand
Emitter Quirk's are an ability that activates at the user's will and does NOT alter the user's body.
Transformation Quirk's are an ability that activates at the user's will and alters the user's body.
Mutant Quirk's are an ability that alters the user's body and cannot be deactivated.
Stand Quirk's are a manifestation of the user's will, there are many things to learn about Stand Type Quirk's.

Izuku Midoriya was one of the students that were participate into civil war game that Nezu came up with. However Izuku was chosen to be the villain. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body. Quirks, the evolutionary advancement of human evolution. The next step in human history to become better than what they were before but that was just hopeful wishing. Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity. They valued quirks as if they are what determines where people stand in society and if you don't have a quirk you'd live a life full of torment, torture and just plain cruelty. A boy was born in a corrupted world and he was unfortunate enough to be born quirkless. He has seen the horrors of how humans treat the less fortunate, those who are quirkless, who have weak quirks, mutation quirks and quirks that are considered villainous. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world.
