Eleceed x OC

Cho Seo has taken care of her younger brother since his birth, ever since she was five. She learns about awakened ones when she is fifteen, and at the age of twenty she takes over a Jeido organization. Just like her younger brother, she is gifted with super speed and has become number four in the ranking, a number which no one cares for. Deciding to keep her younger brother out on the spotlight, she doesn't tell him much about awakened ones, unless absolutely necessary.
