April 9th, 1994: Subject found at a crash site. Allegedly alien with no memory. Has been given the name "Nina"

May 9th, 1994: Subject can shape shift into animals she has previously touched. When touching a new animal, electric discharge runs through her hands and forearms. Subject experiences pain, has scarring. Forms able to shift into exclude non-mammalian aquatics, insects, and amphibians. Subject starts to lose coherence and sense of humanity after nine hours of being in animal form, extreme force is needed to get her to return to humanoid form at that time. 


February 17th, 2011: Subject is ready to be transported under "arms and weaponry," needs to be contained in second "Hulk" emergency chamber.
