He is the best player on his soccer team, has many friends, and has a bright future ahead of him, or at least he did. One day, he had helped a mysterious lady get some help, but it turns out that her plans were more extreme than he had first thought.

Then the new girl walks into school and right away, holds up his reputation and starts to pick on her until one night, he see's something he can not UNSEE. Now, he needs to hurry and make a decision of what is more important......His reputation or being a decent human being...... Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it.
