They rely solely on themselves, and the last thing they need is for an incredibly attractive supervillain to disturb their (relatively) quiet existence. However, if time can prove anything, it is that sometimes what we need most is not what we could ever have imagined. {-{ NEW chapters released on Thursdays }-} This story takes place in Gotham City, and therefore within the universe of DC (Detective Comics), making it technically a fan-fiction. Regardless, all the characters and storylines are my own work, except for a few Easter eggs which are aimed for DC fans. I strongly believe the world of superhero fiction could use some diversity and that is exactly what I hope to gift you all with this novel!
