After years of struggling through foster care, Lillia finally finds herself celebrating her 18th birthday and getting out of the system. It was a long, dark, traumatizing 10 years, but she had made it out alive and she couldnt be happier. Now that she's free, she decides it's a good time to take a break from the wretched town she lives in and fly across the country for a huge music fest California was hosting. It has always been a dream of hers to be in a beautiful place like this, and now that she was also surrounded by music and people who loved it just as much as her, she felt like she had finally found a home. She felt more alive than ever and after an all to "accidental" run in with one of her favorite bands, her world flips upside down, taking an even greater turn.
