"He's Dead, He's Dead" I reassured myself in a poor attempt to calm down and get sleep.
Even in death he still haunts my dreams , his breathe on the back my neck, and the smell of his expensive cologne still surrounding all around me.
All my senses still being invaded by him. I still can't escape him.
I let out a cry in frustration "get your shit together" it's been a year, yet the scars are still fresh. Staying awake wasn't an option I had a new job tomorrow, sleep is currently a necessity.
As my eyes get heavy I let my mind wonder to the closest thing I can get to peace. The hairs on my arm stood up, choosing to ignore it considering this the first decent sleep I've had in a while.
