This is poem is dedicated to a family member, not an ex. I was very sick one day and stayed home. At one point I woke up and wrote the poem after having a nightmare about the lose of my family member. when I woke up later I showed this poem to my mom who moved it, I showed it to my English teacher who also loved it. I was told to enter it into contest so I did. I moved shortly after receiving mail so I never got the confirmation mail, so as far as I know this poem is a published in two books. I hope you enjoy the poem I may have more to come.

A certain person showed me to write my pain into poems instead of just writing crap down. I still do that but some I make into poems. I just keep them hidden in whatever I write them in, but I decided I should put them here. They probably aren't good but I try.

I wish I didn't take advantage of her love I wish I didn't love him. I wish I took better care of her I wish I turned my back on him the moment he hit me I wish I treated her better. I wish I pushed him off when he came to me I wish I could've held my love for him I wish I didn't walk down that aisle I wish I could have fought back for myself. The live's I've lived
This is a collection of poems and pieces of writing. That I have written over the last 2 years of my life. I've never been one to actually live. To take the risk. A lot of the things I have written are about things that have happened in my head. Or random thoughts that have popped into my head that I was able to make more of.
