It's been a few weeks since Childe has 'completed' his mission, and yet, he can't convince himself to leave just yet, especially since the Tsaritsa hasn't called him back to Snezhnaya, so he remains in Liyue. He remains in Liyue, where he has friends and coworkers, and most importantly, Zhongli. That is, until it all comes crashing down.

Liyue was... interesting, to say the least. Its harbor, to which Childe was set to on yet another glorious (utterly ridiculous) mission by Her Majesty, the Tsaritsa, was too hot, too crowded for Childe's liking.
