Blinking away the haze of tears residual from the nightmare, Stiles pants open-mouthed in the darkness and waits for his brain to fully wake up - it being still in the throes of the nightmare. Blood, pain, so many dead bodies, a bandaged wrapped figure with an inky mouth full of sharp teeth with an even sharper voice-
Darkness isn't necessarily pleasant to wake up to, but the warmth of a body beside him is. It isn't enough right now though. Tapping his fingers against his thigh - ten fingers - he's awake right?

After the Nogitsune, Stiles struggles with frequent nightmares and panic attacks. Luckily Derek is there to help ease his anxieties, and they both discover some new things about one another.
