Allison Hopper (formerly known as Nine by those at Hawkins Lab), lived a life of torment until she escaped with Eleven. After using their powers to defeat the Demogorgon and save their new friends, the pair vanished.
Unbeknownst to everybody else, the girls survived and had been taken in by, Jim Hopper. When 17-year-old Allison grows tired of hiding, she decides to attend a Halloween party. The last thing she expected was to meet the town's newest bad boy, Billy Hargrove, or the impact that they'd have on each other's lives.

(I really wanted to create an OC that had a past with Hopper that will return for season 3 only, and I felt like giving it a full fanfic of its own is the only way to really capture the bond before the chaos that is season 3.
