I'm not sure how to describe this book other than it is a POV of you being a princess.
You could imagine them being whoever you want as in the main character can be a guy and the character can also be a girl. It is completely up to you.

Also, please do leave suggestions on what to do next. :)

The opening:
You run down the corridor of the palace. Take a left then a right and another left. You're stood at the gates waiting for the day you can go outside. You stand still, whispers among you, not a moment later you hear the guards and think to yourself 'The chase is on my friends'. You run down the palace steps, remembering the feeling of fresh air in your lungs. Not a moment to lose. You forget everything that your mother has taught you. The posture, the lady like talk, the way you walk, the way you look, you don't care. All you can think about is how you are free. You run, gradually getting faster and faster, the gates are closing, you think you made it...
