You were once human, now you're an angel.
But one day your brother falls from heaven and a demon drags him down to the forbidden territory, now it's your job to save him but doing so you accidentally kill the demon...for your bravery you are thanked and sympathized since it was your sibling.
But you have sinned and now you cannot come back to heaven until your wings and halo are fully restored to its rightful white color, but If they continue to turn black you will be banned and stuck down here forever.
A clown takes you in and makes your life a struggle, your right wing and right half of your halo are growing darker and darker every time the clown does something romantic with you.
