"Care to join, wanderer?" Willow smiled with an outstretched hand as an invitation.
I returned the smile, feeling light. This is what I was looking for, all these years. A friend. Somewhere I can really call home.

Beau is a traveler who's always on his feet. He's a Void Walker, which is a small race of tall beings who reside in a different dimension. They are the ones more capable than any of going through portals leading to different dimensions, and due to that, Void Walkers can be seen almost anywhere, despite their rarity.
Willow is a Forest Nymph that stays within the area of his forest, living off the land and a nearby kingdom.

On one of Beau's travels, he stumbles into a forest. While he expected to find animals, weird plants, and bugs, he never thought he'd find a person. Let alone one named after a tree.

The moment his hand grabs my chin sparks ignite all over the skin that he touches and slowly they trickle throughout the rest of my body. His forceful movement of my face acted as a catalyst for my body because now I am able to finally move freely. My eyes soon find his face and all I can say is that none of the rumors were lies, in fact, the rumors do not do him and his beyond-godly features justice. My eyes move up from his full pink lips to his straight-edged nose to his hauntingly beautiful grey eyes and that's when I know. There is literally no doubt about it. I don't know how I didn't figure it out before. All the signs were there. Maybe it's because everyone has always told me that he couldn't exist. They all said it'd be impossible for me to have one because of what I am but here he is, my... "Mate," ******************* Willow is a hybrid, half vampire and half werewolf. She was raised as a werewolf, moving from pack to pack with her mother. Her entire life she's been told by everyone who's ever known what she is that the chances of her having a mate are slim. So when it is revealed she has one, she is more than surprised. She's even more shocked when she realizes he is the handsome and infamously ill-tempered Prince Beck of one of the world's most powerful Vampire Kingdoms. Beck is the prince of the Cromwell Kingdom, one of the strongest Vampire covens in the world. He's cold, unpredictable, and is not one to be tied to one woman. He's outraged when he finds out that Willow is his mate and his father, the king, insists she be brought to the castle. The road ahead of Willow and Beck is long and bound to be tumultuous. Follow them along their journey to love, heartache, and redemption. *** This story does include explicit language, graphic descriptions, and sexual content. Targeted to readers that are 17+
