It's been a mostly peaceful year since Fairy Tail disbanded after the war with Tartaros. Each mage went their own way across the continent of Fiore, but that didn't stop Lucy Heartfilia from searching and trying to bring them back together. It's Fairy Tail we're talking about; can anything ever truly keep them apart?

There's just one little problem. A new, destructive foe appears, somehow halting the Black Wizard's forces to search for mages that can satisfy his needs; and two of them soon find themselves in danger.

It's going to take a lot more than a single dragon slayer to stop this enemy. Every powerful mage must band together, or else they won't stand a chance.
