I swallowed the lump forming in my throat, hoping to simmer what felt like my breakfast, that started making its way up my body. My hands hesitated, like my body was reacting in place of my empty thoughts. Friends? I stared at his outstretched hand in front of me, which was decorated with a bracelet loosely hanging from his wrist and rings that only accentuated the length of his fingers. Friends? Tattoos were painted beautifully across his backhand, which without a doubt, was a total him thing. Friends? His fingernails were short, and well groomed, though I noticed where he picked at the dry skin on the sides of his nails. Friends? I pulled my gaze from his hand and followed up to his eyes, where he was already looking into mine. Friends?
It only took me a second of looking at Jungkook to finally come to the conclusion that anything with him was better than nothing, which lead me to my final conclusion. My hand met his, his grip warming mine from the instant contact.
