The Return
Forty years have gone by since the beginning of the Fourth Age. The time of peace is falling away as Orcs are attacking villages in Eryn Lasgalen and Gondor, killing aimlessly. Legolas receives a strange letter from Aragorn asking him to meet in Imladris. But something happens on the road and Legolas and his captain, Thaladir, discover something disturbing about the new enemy. Something that could take them, Aragorn, and others as far as the Mines of Moria. Please Note: This is an older work of mine and while I still love it dearly, the writing isn't the best, and it is slightly AU because I didn't know Tolkien lore when I started it. How she still looked majestic, despite the scars on her face and hands was questionable. Why the elleth was in Rohan and where she disappeared to from time to time was a mystery. I do not have any copy right claims regarding the original books or movies this fanfiction is based on and I do not make any money from this content. It is simply meant as entertainment for the fanbase of middleearth and Tolkien's work.
