It's been a year since Liam pulled Theo from the sand walkers prison and Theo doesn't know why they haven't sent him back. He assumes it's because he has proven useful to the pack on multiple occasions, but he refuses to press his luck.
He maintains a safe distance between him and the pack at all times, Deaton being the only person he confides in for personal matters.
But one day Theo needs comfort, and the pack is there like they would be for any other member.

Theo greatly underestimates the packs ability to forgive, and is pleasantly surprised.

Theo Raeken has found himself in love with a human. Samantha Maddison. Beautiful, kind, compassionate, intelligent, and sweet Samantha. Who's eyes choose to see the good in him over the bad. He didn't know he would fall in love with her. The only problem is the Dread Doctors. They want to turn her into a chimera. And they refuse to stop their plans. So Theo turns to Scott for help. Confessing everything in order to protect Sammie. The only condition is Theo is to leave the pack alone. Which means leaving Sammie alone. Reluctantly Theo agrees. But the deal breaks when Samantha is taken by the dread doctors. And everyone searches for her. But not even Theo knows where she is being kept. What is he going to do?
