Salem is an ordinary high school girl, content with her quiet life in New York, until her best friend mysteriously vanishes. As she grapples with the loss, Salem begins experiencing vivid hallucinations and finds herself inexplicably drawn to the dense, eerie wooded park near her home. Frequently, she awakens amidst the towering trees, with no recollection of how she got there.

Determined to find her friend, Salem believes the forest holds the answers. As she ventures deeper into its ever-changing landscape, she encounters cryptid-like creatures that seem to stalk her every move. Trapped in this nightmarish world, Salem must use every ounce of her wits to survive.
