Eli's dad left him and his mom to marry a new woman. ever since ten Eli and his mom have been on their own. Eli's mom got addicted to drugs and alcohol so Eli got himself a job so he can life. At school, nobody knows his life is falling apart.
On top of his already falling apart he finds himself falling for the loner at school who happens to be a guy.
now Eli has to deal with his addicted mom, working just to support himself, and gender identity issues while still upholdjng his reputation as the nice, friendly guy at school. Can Eli hold himself up until his dad comes to get him like he said he would or will he crumble under the pressure.
