A chance encounter on a mission with Captain America puts Bucky Barnes face to face with the only other living Super Soldier from HYDRA's original program. When Bucky learns that her life nearly mirrors his - brainwashed, tortured and transformed into a murderous machine - he sets out to free her, only to discover that he and the female version of the Winter Soldier aren't quite as alike as he presumed.

Presented with a new foe determined to steal her back and use her as the catalyst to resurrect HYDRA, the ex-assassins must team up for a continent-crossing adventure as spirited as the summer sunshine.

This story takes place in an alternate universe immediately following the events of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier." Enjoy!
